[CLIENT] PvP.net issues and failure to produce login screen

I have been having trouble with my client. It will open the patcher window consistently, but after hitting launch it often has trouble starting the login screen.

As is common, several of the process are still running without the actual window appearing.

I believe this is linked to Google Chrome usage.

On the infrequent occasions that the log-in screen does appear, if I have chrome open and selected as the active application while trying to log-in, the LoL client will give me an error pertaining to a disconnect to PvP.net, without logging in.

I have found that running the client in administrator mode AFTER exiting chrome and AFTER exiting the chrome application that runs in the background allows me to see the log-on window and log-in as normal.

Also, it appears that this only occurs after starting, logging in, and then exiting the client. The first time the client is started (per shut-down of the computer? Need to test.) it runs as normal.

Hi zoomTACO,

If you go to C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\ and run lol.launcher.admin.exe (give it admin if requested), do you get the same issue?

I've been having the same problem but mine started after using a dual monitor setup and playing on the secondary monitor, then disconnecting it. like one would do if they were using their laptop to play on another screen. IDK if this works but bumping for attention. Its really annoying. I know its an oddly specific bug but its happening and needs to be addressed.
