Riot sometimes i have this problem and im not the only one when i was in loading screen i had 100% and then You have been disconected and i was playing with a friend and we were talking on skype and he could hear me clean*[slayer-jinx-unamused]*

I've had the same problem. I was at 100%, like everyone else except the enemy riven. She was taking forever to load and my the blue disconnect ring was still circling so I opened chrome and then it told me I was dc'd. My fps was 60 and ms was 80 the entire game, but after that I would just get dc'd randomly. Happened in an earlier game on another account as xayah too.
