League Display.exe error message

I've downloaded and redownloaded to try to fix this issue. Whenever I try to launch League Display.exe I get this message... "Installer interity check has failed. common causes include incomplete download and damaged media. contact the installer's author to obtain a new copy. more information at http://nsis.sf.net/NSIS_Error"

I very much would like to have an animated desktop display. My PC definitely can handle the requirements to run this.
