BUG SPLAT ISSUES

I have been having bug splat issues. i can log into the game go through champ selection but once the game starts to load it boots me off & throws the bug splat error. I dont even know what that means. I googled it & looked through the Riot support, i did everything that was listed on that list. I dont know what else to do. Is anyone else having these issues? Please advise.
