Bug in store?

I was recently trying to purchase a champion with IP and the champion costs 4800 and I have 4854 IP on my account but it isn't allowing me to make the purchase. I tried logging in and out a few times thinking maybe my client was just messed up and figured relogging might fix the problem but I still cannot make the purchase, what do I do?

There's a glitch with the displayed IP/RP not updating immediately, so if you had 4854 and bought a rune or something else with IP, it will not update your displayed currency.

I'm having the same issue. I have 501 IP, but I can't even buy Tier 2 Runes.[zombie-brand-facepalm]
