Lunar Eclipse Leona laugh is base skin laugh

I was playing an aram with friends, and I while I was playing Leona I decided to laugh and noticed that it was the base laugh. I don't know how long it's been like that, but it was definitely not the correct laugh.

Every twitch skin has the same sounds except the weapon on gangster twitch to my knowledge.

Also, they need a Ratman skin but he deepens his voice when he talks.

"I'm Ratman."
