Game Delays, happens from game to game, around 70% of the time

Hi Riot, I was wondering if you could take a look at a glitch ive been struggling with for the past few days, I just got back to League of Legends after a 4 (?) month break so I could focus on studies. Anyway I´m back and Il briefly explain my problem. Basically, I enter the game, no problem, and it can happen in the beggining, later into my game or just all the time: i stop moving, i cant write, i can still move around the mouse and look around the map, the game keeps going but i lose control of the game and it wont respond to my key commands or mouse commands. Any help? If you need more details I could try to explain it better. Thank you,
