Noc an drag bug

When me and my freinds were playing 5v5 unranked draft pick my friend was nocturne and he had a skin on I think it was (Eternum Nocturne) and when he hit the dragon it made it look like it died but it was at full health and it did it more than once in the same game might want to check it out and fix it
