League Freezing as Victory/Defeat Displays at End of Match

I'm currently having this issue in about 10% of my games. Total game freeze as the word Victory/Defeat is forming at the end of a game, looks like someone paused my screen, it does not crash out, and it never changes. Cannot get out of this via ctrl+alt+del because League somehow stays ontop of the OS screen layers and won't let me bring another application to the front, so I cannot operate the task manager once its opened. My only option is to power cycle my PC. This is occurring on a brand new 2019 XPS gaming PC using Windows 10.
