[Gameplay] Draven - Unable to use ult.

Hello i'm ThaReclaimer, recently i have been playing urf and stumbled across a bug where as Draven i would use my ult and right before it comes back to me i teleport away and am able to use a second ultimate. I did this and died and can no longer use my ultimate because it is stuck on the second part of it where it sends it back to me earlier.

Step 1. Stand in base and ult towards their base. Step 2. After it has crossed half the map and is almost back to you Teleport onto the other half of the map. Step 3. Use your ult again to allow it to have two Ults flying around. Step 4. Die and you will no longer be able to ult again.

After doing these steps, you will permanently have the second part of Whirling Death as your ultimate and wont be able to throw it out again.
