Leaver Busters out of my control

So i was in champ select for ranked, which took like 20 minutes, and by the time I got to lobby it skipped the part where you first pick your champion and went straight to bans for me I was 2nd ban so I was able to pick my ban but when it was time to pick my champ it wouldn't let me even though i was clicking on Gnar like crazy so it made me dodge and now I have to wait 30 minutes like i'm tired of getting all these bull crap leaver busters that's are out of my control. How was I able to ban but not pick my champ I even get afk leaver busters for like 5 games when I don't even afk at all. For example I was playing Annie mid and then when the game ends with our victory that I help carry it said that for recent afk behavior you have been put in low priority queue and i had to wait 20 minutes for 5 games like obviously I was playing the game when i had the most kills on the team and it happen 2 times before that game too sometimes it will even rest my afk leaver buster my computer is brand new and i never had this problem before so I do not get it I hate it when my time is wasted because of someone or something. Is Anyone else having these problems?
