friend list problem

I can't add this person in my friendlist, we know each other, and sometimes we deleted each other as well, now we're back to playing together but when i try to send a friend request it says error and when we're in lobby together there's always the option on top of her to invite in my friendlist, she doesn't know either why it works like this, so everytime she has to invite me manually by typing my name.
