[CLIENT] Client on Live and PBE is cut off at the bottom.

This bug has been happening ever since the PBE was updated to 6.0 and now since live was updated to 6.1 its happening there to. I thought a bug like this would have been patched already and thats why I didn't report it earlyer. This really needs fixed I can't even play live or pbe because I can't even see part of the league client no matter what I do.
