Like this new champ zoe --___-- it's good but there is no balance and then the game is not fair to play - i played against Vladimir and we were 3 vs him and he healed his health 80% what is that shit we cant kill him
we used all the abilities omg
its not Vlad there are other champs that are broken more then before --- now you made this game bad
i am losing the fun in the game
pls make it normal now its like " shit " can i have a game with balanced champions

Tried to fix it for you, but it's hard to do with the run-on sentences. This isn't a "bad English" problem. You need to separate your ideas and not type like you would speak in a vocal conversation.
To present ideas and be understood through writing you can't rely on context cues, tone, and facial expressions to fill in the gaps in communication for you like you would in a face-to-face conversation.
You talk about Zoe, but rather than conclude anything there you immediately move on to talk about how vlad is a problem, then you say "it is not vlad, there are others"
This can be terribly confusing for the reader, no matter what language you say it in. The only thing Riot will be able to understand from your post is that you are dissatisfied with the current state of things. They won't be able to derive much useful information about what you want improved because of how you pushed the ideas together without completing them separately first.

What do you feel is the problem with Zoe?
-
Are you frustrated by Vladimir's strong healing?
-
What about other champs is a problem? Do you feel like everyone does too much damage?
