Client not responsive (In champ select)

For some reason my client keeps lagging once i get in champ select or right before im about to accept to get in the queue. It usually freezes so i cant pick a champ i want to play. Suddenly it might unfreeze so i can ban a champ. But then again when im gonna pick a champ and lock it in. Its frozen again. I never get ingame, havent done for past days. I keep losing LP. I keep getting leavebuster (Queue dodge timers). I really dont want to wait 20 minutes everygame to play a game for something thats not my fault. I got a 150/150 inet. Everything has been fine until the 2 last updates you have had. Anyone know how to fix this? Really fucking annoying...
