Errors in joining the game !

I choose to play a draft pick game when most of the time players are not satisfied with their position they leave the game, But when I finally got to choose the champion an error popped up telling me that there was an error in locking in champion till the timer goes to zero, then it automatically closed and the lobby told me that i cant enter the game unless y team covers more roles. when i tried to join a queue it gave me a timer that i left too many games THAT I DIDN'T.
