Revel Red Envelope problem

I meet some problem when I open the reveal red envelope, sometime it shows I get Golden relic and Gemstone but there is nothing add to my Materials, please help.

I had this same issue the other day, but different scenario, I opened a box and I got a Count Vladimir skin shard and then it just magically never made it to my loot.
