Can not load the game
I can start the game but the loading page just disappear and it shows "reconnect" on client. No matter how many times I click the "reconnect", nothing happens.

I had this problem too, was a bug with Sophos antivirus detecting a file "stub.dll" as malware. Fixed it by adding the "league of legends" folder as exclusion to on-demand scanning.
Open Sophos >>home screen click "configure anti-virus and HIPS" click "on-access scanning" >> exclusions tab click "Add..." >> choose Item Type "File" from drop down, Item Name "C:\Riot Games\League of Legends" (or whatever location of league is for you)
Ok >> apply >> Ok >> open league and run client repair >> profit
if you don't have Sophos, then idk
