[Alpha Client] Unable to pick and ban

For some reason (not really sure how to reproduce it) I was unable to pick/ban or anything really. I had been able to play a game earlier, but then when I queued with a friend and we had all accepted the match, it took me to the screen in the picture attached. I could even hear the clock ticking down as I stared in horror unable to do anything to stop it!
