Leaverbuster needs tuning

Crashed while loading into game, managed to reconnect 6 minutes in after laptop restarted and finished the rest of the game. After game I got the degrading Leaverbuster message forcing me to say "I Agree" to never leave any more games. I have never left a game in the 2.5 years I've been playing this game. The message is degrading and I refuse to so wrongly accept it. Potentially related: The URF music frequently continues to play after logging in. Multiple fixes required.
