[GAMEPLAY] Time-old Sion bug, Q not "registering."

Lost lane and Lucian snowballed based off this bug. Needless to say, pretty tilted.

Unsure how to reproduce, but as the gif shows, I guess the bug is that it doesn't properly register me going for the Sion Q. I believe to other people, it just looks as if you're standing still/stop moving, and it's happened multiple times, causing me to lose massive (possibly gamechanging) trades.
