Client broken

I tried connecting to League on two of my accounts (I recently moved to another continent) and was met with this after two days of inactivity. I of course wasn't spectating anything. I tried restarting computer, I tried closing all instances of LoL in task manager and nothing has worked. I believe I'm far from the only one experiencing this problem.
