As a Katarina player i noticed 2 bugs 1- When you kill a single minion by throwing your "Q" the knife/sword/dagger goes flying... you can only see it for a split second, it fly away 2- sometimes, (maybe im just too quick) when you "Q" then "W" a minion wave or a champion the "W" does not activate the mark made by her "Q"... maybe i activate her "W" too quick but i don't think so.

Yes you used your W too quick. It's easy to mess up the timing.
