Thresh and Hurricane

I like to build ADC Thresh. When you build this way and buy a Hurricane your attack speed will become glitched when attacking 2-3 targets. Against a solo target your attack speed will remain normal, but when hitting multiple targets your attack speed with be reduced. It still shows your full attack speed stat, but your attack speed is clearly much slower. This glitch has been around for a very long time.
