[GAMEPLAY] Manaflow band still bugged on Sion

The manaflow band bug where death passives is listed as fixed in the mid-patch bug fixes but is still easily reproducible on Sion. I've tested this in ARAM and using the practice tool but simply dying while manaflow band is on cooldown will permanently disable it. If you die while it is off cd then you will still be able to stack it once you revive. I haven't tested what happens if you activate MB while your passive is active.
