Interface missing at start of game

When my match started my interface was not there and trying to press "Esc" to go to options did nothing. Also attempted to use shop and type in chat but all it did was made me pop my flash, Luckily I was able to move out of base to prevent /remake and went on the reconnect by quitting with task manager. (won the game if anyone cares)
