Playing ranked as J4 and I noticed a few things, notably his passive never actually going off, and not having an autoattack animation a good 70% of the time. I'm not sure if this is just me, but it happened again in a custom; no passive damage, and no autoattack animations. If it helps, I was using Fnatic J4, but it happened with Darkforge as well.
This just happened to me in a ranked game using Fnatic J4 and I got a recording of the game through op.gg so I'll try and upload it soon.

So I went to spectate, and found that the animation nor the bonus damage for his passive was going off, which is why his autoattacks bugged. It happened in the Warring Kingdoms skin, so it's possibly just a base J4 bug?
