Jarvan 4 In game bug

I dont know if it was only for this game, but I had a lag with jarvan's passive, it wouldnt work and it could block the AA for up to 3 second with a beautiful pose , so the 10% hp damage would'nt work and sometime block for 3 seconds sometimes not
