Frostfang gold income glitch

Recently have played some ranked games today (gold 5) and have had quite a few as support, mainly Morgana and found that as i upgraded to frostfang and i would lay some w's for some gold income my charges were only giving me 5 gold. Later throughout the game it would eventually correct itself but I wasnt sure what was going on. This occured on 3 seperate occasions.

I'm not one to usually post so take it easy plz, i dont know how to get this recognized
