Patcher Kernel

So i played this game a lot before one of the preseason 6 patch updates and now i cant even get it right. When i try and load it to even bring up the starting screen it shows "League of Legends" symbol and then says Patcher Kernal is not cooperating and that i need to wait for it to find whats wrong but it never fixes itself and it always happens. Please fix this.
