Report 2 important bugs in the gameplay

Greetings I'm a LAS player but I post this here because I want report 2 important bugs in the game that affects our gameplay. First: There's a bug with the Superminions. They gain ALWAYS (regarless of another ally superminion near) the bonuses of the "Superminion Inspiration" (+70% AD and +70 Armor and Magic Resistance) also when they are alone. Kill this minions in lane is so hard also when there's only one. Second: There's a bug with 's passive. Says: "When Teemo don't move for 2 seconds he becomes stealth". I test this many times and I need 3 seconds for become stealth instead of 2. I don't know if this is a typo in the text description or a malfunction in the game. Here's the proof of the first bug.
