Karthus and Kalista
Is it intended or a design flaw that Kalista's passive works with Karthus' passive?

Could you clarify? I'm not really sure what you mean.
Kalista shouldn't be able to autoattack Karthus since he can't be targeted when he's undead, so she shouldn't be able to jump around from that.
She can use her passive jump after casting her Q so maybe you saw that happen?
Otherwise, I'm not really sure what you are referring to.
