why i am getting placed with way lower rank player than me in Draft? EVERYMATCHMAKE

I am sorry. I would not have come here to waste my time if it was not a serious issue. I have been noticing that every match in Normal draft i am getting blessed with noob team mates. They have no idea what they suppose to do. Also with trollers they are like i do not care about this match because i am autofilled! meanwhile enemy team memebers are way higher rank than our team. That makes the game one sided i mean i cant even buy my essential items by the time my team vs enemy team KDA is 0/9. seriously how a 29 mastery point player get to play in my team while enemy team only have players who has over 200 mastery points. This is really annoying. Fix it please. Thank you
