Zilean bug in selection

okay i was playing league today and i scrolled over Zilean and i looked at his skills and there is no description for his w so i was wanting to put this on here to alert riot since i dont know how to report this. So i was posting this hoping Riot would see or somoune else would report it. (Also here's a picture of it)
