Why does one get punished for AFK if one wasn't afk, i got afk punished for losing connection, after i managed to get back to the game i got 2 dk and an ace and we won the game, so why the hell did i get punished?

You were AFK for enough long, and the leaverbuster system detected that. Riot can't know if you intentionally quit, or got dc'd cause of a bad connection.
