Runes giving me wrong calculations

ok so I was looking into the Scaling Mana Regeneration runes, and I came to realize that the Greater Glyph of Scaling Mana Regeneration is incorrect on the calculations for how much mana regeneration it will give you on level 18. It says +0.06 mana regen / 5 sec. per level (+1.2 at champion level 18), but actually it should be +1.08. Please tell me if I'm correct. Also I came to realize this when I saw the Greater Seal of Scaling Mana Regeneration and it said +0.065 mana regen / 5 sec. per level (+1.17 at champion level 18). So when I saw that I realized one of them had to be incorrect because the seal is higher than the glyph on mana per level, but the amount it gives you for champion level 18 was lower.
