loading screen stops connecting

so after this recent update on 1/03/16 my loading screen stops connecting after a random percentage and i have to restart league a good amount of times before it goes into game and then it freezes in game and disconnects me. one of my friends has somewhat of the same issue but his game wont go into the loading screen it just crashes league.

Disable LolReplay if you have it. That fixed my problem.
