Attack Lock-On Bug

This is a bug that has just recently happened to me and is very annoying and is causing me to lose games. It just appeared randomly and now whenever I get near a minion or anything I immediately "lock-on" and don't stop attacking a target until it is dead. I can't move or do much of anything else except to use my abilities. This bug is extremely annoying and I would like an easy solution or fix. Thanks!

UPDATE: Fix: I did some research and found out that to fix this bug, you have to go into C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\Config then delete PersistedSettings and Input.
