[GAMEPLAY] Sivir not doing damage to towers

I just played an ARAM with Sivir and everything was ok but when i attacked towers there was basically no damage. Damage was normal against minions and champions but when i attacked towers I always got 39 damage which seems like base damage without items. The link included is the match history so you can see the items I had. It does not seem to be a specific item as I attacked towers several times throughout the game.

It just happened this once but I thought something like this should be reported instantly.
