An increasing amount of ability glitches.

I have recently experienced myself a strange glitch in which I cannot explain. This glitch essentially doesn't allow abilities to be used, usually just ome but sometimes two and three. I was playing as Varus in a PvP match when I experienced a lag to such a degree that I was sent back to the nexus to reconnect. After this incident, I was unable to use my "Q" ability, which slightly contributed to the loss of the match (irrelevant). I have also noticed today that three out of the maybe five matches I have played have had some sort of glitch similar if not identical to this for seemingly random individuals. Please fix this as it is quite debilitating. Thanks!
