My lol game crashed in game, so i had to shut down my computer and reopen it, so the lol window would close (i tried a lot of different stuff before shutting dow my laptop).but when i reopened my laptop, my entire sound system didnt work (youtube, league,etc) and it has been about 2 days. can i get some help please?

Anyways, does headphones work? When you click on the 'sound' icon on your system tray, what happens?
Try right-clicking it, and click 'troubleshoot sound problems'.
NovasNK1 votesHeadphones do not work, i have tried troubleshooting my sound, i have also tried to update the drivers, but sadly, it doesn’t work. Any other suggestions? Thank you for answering by the way
DrCyanide1 votesOpen up the Windows Troubleshooter. It can actually be surprisingly good at automatically finding and fixing issues. It fixed a bug with my wife's microphone that had me completely stumped. If it doesn't completely fix it the first try, reboot your computer and run it again.
NovasNK1 votesI did try that in fact and it said it was working properly, sadly. I heard that it doesnt find sound issues sometimes, so i decided to reformat my computer, since it ,may be a virus( i dont think so, but at least its a possibility).
DrCyanide1 votesA reformat is a pretty drastic step. I'd check on a computer help forum (I'm sure Stack Exchange has a computer help section if you can't find something better) first if this is the only issue you've had.
