Black Screen when Loading Up

I am very mad and unhappy.... I currently have a stupid black screen, Ive tried everything during the game time. From uninstalling and reinstalling to restarting internet... I did a lot and nothing helped. I will most likely be reported for afk and I couldn't even reconnect... I lost my friend his series too.. ugh...
