Problem with new patch

I play league on my laptop since months and since update my game crashes after 5-10 mins. It loads slow;y, log in after 0:30 amd then lags and after some mins it crashes. i checked my connection and its good and also tried reinstalling. Can u guys plz help me i am not able to play for more than 1 week and i tried everything from wifi to cable too. I tried everything disable anti virus firewall etc. Other apps works fine only league getting prob. THE FPS IS AROUND 5-20 EVEN ON CABLE AND IT ALWAYS CRASHES AFTER THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME.
