ERROR 404: Player not found?

So I haven't logged onto this thing in years, and I come back to find out I exist.. and yet I don't exist at the same time? I can log into my account, but my name has been changed to a large assortment of random numbers and letters. When I try to view my match history, it just says Player not found. (Refer to tinypic screenshot) My old username was Spectralshade before it got.. changed. I wanted to re download the game and start playing again, but apparently that's not possible now.. Or is it? Any suggestions? I apologize if I've failed to supply any more information.
