I was thinking about picking up Talon, after reading the tool tip for his abilities "Cutthroat" in the LoL client, purchase section it says he applies a slow when using this ability. However, in fact it is a silence. Correct me if I'm wrong but, I have faced him before...

Then the last time you faced Talon was over a year ago mate. They removed he silence from his E a few patches before Worlds 2014
