Ranked - Queue bugged up permanent loading

When launching a ranked game, this has happened. No idea why but it just black screens and leaves me with a loading icon for my mouse. It's happened on several occasions and I can not enter the ranked game, nor can I leave without losing LP...

Anyone else getting this problem?

P.S. Please fix this because I've lost LP prior because I force quit my client after 20 minutes and it docked me about 10-15 points for "queue dodging".
