No new missions

Hello, so i'm level 13 on west and I've completed quite a few missions. After completeing them, i didnt get any new ones, unlike my brother who is getting new missions constantly, however, he is lvl 34. He is getting some kind of talismans or smthg like dat and gets 10 tokens, so he can craft hextech keys, and i didnt get a single on yet, why is dat? i have lik 85 in my stash PS: My mission to watch a match, which is my last one, doesnt update when i watch a game on the website, i have connected everything UPDATE: After 4 full days, no new quests have appeared and watching the games still doesn't help... Any idea? Anyone?...
