[GAMEPLAY] mouse over description flicker

If you mouse over an item ( usually a health pot ) in your inventory, the description of that item will flicker across the middle of screen. It doesn't happen all the time but if you do it every 30 seconds it will flicker.

1. buy a health pot ( or any item, health pots work the best).
2. wait around 30 seconds or so.
3. mouse over the item in your inventory.
4. the description will flicker across screen. It happens every 30 seconds or so if you are constantly mousing over your inventory.

Below is a picture of the description in the middle of the screen I got while recording.
