I reported a bug 2+ days ago about a new bug allowing Gangplank to have 2 ultimates at the same time. The cooldown for his ultimate can be reset as soon as you cast it. You can do this in any game mode and it is repeatable. I do not want to explain details here, but somebody from support private message me for an explanation. The problem has yet to be fixed.

Just saw someone do this. I don't think he did if from base but i'm not sure. It was on poro king so maybe he did the double ult in base and then jumped to poro king
