[GAMEPLAY] Cannot use Tahm Kench's Devour skill on allied Pantheon

Just played a ranked game and throughout the entire game I could not use my W on my ally Pantheon, regardless of what he was doing. At first I thought it was something on my end, because we'd be in a middle of a fight and I'd be spamming it but my character would just continue doing whichever other action I was telling him to, causing me to walk around randomly (as I was preemptively moving for when I DID eat him). Tried this in several teamfights and became very frustrated, and finally asked him to come over to me and stand still. He did, and I spammed my W, yet I was unable to eat him. This was for the entire game.

I'm not sure if this is an issue with all Pantheons or an isolated case, but it's very annoying. And yes, I was able to Devour all other allied champions, enemy minions, and enemy champions properly.

EDIT: I went into a private match with a friend and tested it with him but there was no issue. That said, the Pantheon that this bug occurred with did have a skin. Here is the specific match. http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/1900553100/203426889
